Our Services
Tri County Bicycles offers turn-key solutions for community
bicycle sharing programs. We have a proven system and can provide fully equiped bicycles, start-up training, maintenance ,
on-going support, bicycle parking stands and more.
Our Sharing System
The developing and operating of the Bike Pottstown bike share program,
www.bikepottstown.com makes Tri County Bicycles experts in the bike share business and our statistics validate our success: over 3500 bicycles
shared since inception in June of 2008.

How
our bicycle share works :
* Visit an administration point.
* Sign a " Ride at your own risk " waiver.
*
Leave a valid state ID or state drivers license.
* You are provided a bicycle equiped
with a basket, bell, lock and helmet.
( How long the user may keep the bike is determined by the
specified hours of each administration point).
* The user is provided with
a brief " how to " training on the use and safe operation of the bike and its accessories.

Training & Fleet Maintenance Service Contract
We offer one year fleet Maintenance / service contract
Service / Maintenance Contract - ( One Year ) All bicycle
repairs, service and standard replacement parts are included. A complete tune-up is performed on each bike yearly.

Start-Up Training & Materials
We will provide your staff with bicycle safety training and operating
instructions on the bicycles and thier accessories. We supply a template to track bicycles and to capture user data.
* On-Going Support
Call us anytime during our regular business hours and we
will answer any operational / maintenance questions or concerns that may arise.
* Bicycle
Safety Check and Cleaning
Bi-monthly safety check will be performed on each bicycle at your location
by a trained bicycle mechanic. Any mechanical issues that are presented may be addressed on the spot or brought back to out
shop for repair.
* Emergency Bicycle Repair
when a repair issue arises
we will respond within 24 hours, ( flat tire, other repair, abandon bicycle recovery, etc. )

Partnering / Consulting Services
Tri County Bicycles
consults private groups and companies as well as local governments and has partnered with many local and national organizations
on the development of bicycle sharing systems and services.
We charge a hourly fee for our consulting services.
A quote can be furnished upon request. Consulting fees will be refunded upon purchase of products or engagement of a service
contract with Tri county Bicycles.
